He describes the result of Andrew Sandoval’s collation and production of the original tapes and acetates “astonishing”. Calling particular attention to Sing Slowly Sisters, he says of the lost record “[it is] one of the most remarkable solo albums of the era, and the most unlikely; a teenage millionaire writing death letters from lost suburbia”
